These screws are much better than your stock screws because they have a hex head on the top, so they will not strip out, and they are made from 18-8 stainless, much stronger than the pot metal screws that come with R/C Cars. Flat Head Cap Screws are measured from the top of the head to the base of the screw. Button Head Cap Screws are measured from under the head to the base of the screw Socket Head Cap Screws are measured from under the head to the base of the screw.
