Why are shipping charges so high for international buyers?
	We ship using FedEx International Priority Mail, so we have tracking numbers and a promised delivery time. If you look at fedex.com's rates, ours are very competitive.
What is R/C Raven's return policy?
	We strive to keep every customer 100% satisfied. If you are unhappy for any reason, contact us about returning the product. We cannot pay for shipping back to us but will issue you a 100% refund upon return of unused goods minus shipping.

Does R/C Raven Ship to PO Boxes?
	Sorry, The Post office has a monopoly on your post office box. You will have to type a physical shipping address to be able to check out. Please uncheck the box that says "Ship to Billing Address Above" then you will be able to type a different shipping address than your billing address.
